Nick Montani

Nick Montani joined Gladys Manion Real Estate after over five years in the industry. Nick holds a Broker license and At Home With Diversity certification. He received 'Rookie of the Year' at his previous brokerage, sold several million dollars of real estate, and still feels passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams and goals with the largest purchase of their lives.

As a Saint Louis native, Nick loves to promote the lifestyle and opportunities his city offers. Before real estate, Nick worked as a house manager with prominent families on private streets. His attention to detail and proactive planning set the stage for this current chapter of his life.

He has always been interested in all varieties of architecture, especially those throughout the Saint Louis Metropolitan area. He sets high standards and stands behind anything he puts his name on. Nick provides the highest excellence in communication, interaction, and follow-through on every deal he embarks upon with everyone he meets.

During Nick's downtime, he enjoys socializing with good friends, whether it's in small settings or large groups. He truly likes venturing to the gems of St. Louis, including the Missouri Botanical Gardens, Forest Park, Tower Grove Park, the Symphony, and the Fabulous Fox Theatre, but especially outdoor events, including the Shaw Art Fair, Festival of Nations, Clayton Art Fair, Food Truck Gardens, and downtown sporting events. Nick especially enjoys his time with his life partner, Ando, and their 3 Persian cats.
